15 months new

You have become such a good little helper! This month you have started picking up your toys for us. When we tell you it is time to pick up, you will help put the toys into the toybox. You want to make sure every last toy is picked up, separated, and put in its place.
TEETH! They are finally here! You have two new teeth! You were very busy drooling and growing them this month. Your right front top tooth and your bottom left tooth came in. You also did such a good job handling your new set of chompers. You only required a few late night rockings and a ton of early evening snuggles! I could get used to that! You are way to busy for me to snuggle you, anymore.
You also like to take the lead most nights when you go to bed. When you are ready you walk over to daddy and say "night, night" and pucker up for a kiss. You then ask one of us for your "ba-ba" (Sippy cup of milk). Once we get the milk, you grab my hand and lead me to the bedroom. You climb up on my lap in the rocking chair and request your favorite song "bay-bee," which means sing "Baby Mine." As I sing you a song, and rock you, you drink your milk and give me a few snuggles. Once the bottle is empty you hand it to me and say "night, night." I sometimes have daddy fix the milk for you with the slower lid on it because I want to hold you for longer. Most nights you drink your milk so fast, I only get through one or two songs before you are ready to lay down. I steal a ton of your neck sugars until you are almost annoyed, kiss you goodnight, and tuck you into bed.
No! No-No! Your new favorite word. Although I really enjoy your new verbal skills, the NOs aren't always as fun. When I ask for a kiss and you swifly say, NO!...or when I want you to eat some more food and you quickly yell, No! It seems like you are a girl on a mission. You know what you want and when you want it.
Watch Out....Big Girl on the Potty!! This weekend we put you on the potty at home to see how it would go and you WENT! You love it! You completely understand what is going on and love to make us proud. You sit on the potty in the morning and have gone each time! Mrs. Sharon was right...you are one smarty pants!
