This weekend we made the long journey to Rolla to see our family. This will probably be our last road trip for awhile since baby brother is on his way.
This weekend the weather wasn't as nice, so we played inside a lot, but we did get out to check the cows each day. You are very fascinated with the cows.
When we laid down for bed you told me stories about what you learned that day and the cows. You told me that the mommas were having new babies that papa had to go look at. You the got very serious and said that the babies drink milk from their momma's butt! I about choaked I was laughing so hard. I asked again what you said and you told me that they have milk coming out their butt and the babies drink it. You also said some of the baby cows are messy and they get it all over their face. You thought this was especially funny.
So there you have it...the wise words of a 2 year old! I can't help but wonder what you will think when she sees baby K nursing.
