Branson | Mothers Day Weekend

This weekend we took a spontaneous trip down to Branson, Missouri for the weekend. You both were such angels on the way down and back. You both did so great in the car sleeping and watching movies the whole entire way. On Friday aunt Crystal, Tinsley and Piper treated us to lunch at the diner. At the diner they had singing waitresses and really delicious food. You enjoyed the singers. Outside the diner were tons of little shops where you all were treated to salt water taffy and fudge. You loved it and wanted more! 

Hadley you want to be just like your sweet girl cousins. Everything they do, you want to do and you adore them. The best part is, is that they adore you as well. 

That night we went out to the tracks to ride go carts. I was concerned that you would be afraid of the loud noises and how fast they were but I was completely wrong. You climbed right in and grab the wheel and looked over at your daddy and gave him your secret handshake and started to laugh. I was so proud of you and so is your dad to see how big and brave you were. You like them so much that we went and bought you another round. Your other buyer cousins road alongside you and you got a total kick out of racing them around the track. While Knox and I snuggled, I watched with pride and excitement. After we were done we can Harley wipe the smile off of all of your girls faces. You were all so happy! After the go carts we went up to Andy's frozen custard and got a little late night snack.

On Saturday we cooked a big delicious breakfast and then the whole family took a trip to the outlets. We shopped all day until 4 PM and were wiped out. We decided to go ahead and come on home on Saturday evening in order to have a resting day on Sunday.

I had never really gone to Branson and after this past trip I will definitely be taking you guys back. We had so much fun with all of our family.
